Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species Tighten Regulations to Protect Sharks

The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) has tightened a range of reguations to protect engangered animals, including sharks. Many species, including thresher sharks, will be more forcefully protected with trade and kill regulations now stronger.
